1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GlowAppra or contacting us through our contact form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services, digital products, or goods.

2. Scope of Offerings

2.1 Services

Glow-themed micro-app concepts are provided as creative services. All service fees are due as outlined in your project agreement. You may request a schedule adjustment or transfer of service at least 48 hours before the start date. Requests made after this period may not be accommodated. Unless otherwise specified, service fees are non-refundable, due to the custom nature of each project. In the event of cancellation by GlowAppra, a full fee refund or transfer option will be offered.

2.2 Digital Products

Our digital products include templates, guides, and downloadable assets. All digital product sales are final once delivered. However, if a product is defective or fails to meet the described functionality, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as a credit toward another digital product.

2.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods are subject to a 30-day window for returns or replacements, starting from the delivery date. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us through our contact form. Once received and inspected, we will complete the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days or offer a replacement at no extra charge.

3. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction across all offerings. Refund eligibility and procedures differ by category:

• Services: Non-refundable unless canceled by GlowAppra. Transfer options require 48-hour notice before the service date.
• Digital Products: Refunds available within 14 days for defective items only.
• Physical Goods: Returns or replacements available within 30 days for unused items.

4. Changes to Terms

GlowAppra reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
